Projet Multilatéral GRUNDTVIG
Culture and European Citizenship for Employability

The partnership has been based on participants' complementarities identified through previous experiences of cooperation. The project activities will be implemented thanks to:

- on one hand, German, Austrian, French and Sweden partner's knowledge of the problem and migrant's situation in "welcoming" countries in particular through the development of a specific field survey focusing the identification of difficulties faced by migrant workers when trying to get a job in the two professional fields targeted. This survey will also enable the partnership to gather communication tools dealing with citizenship, the culture of countries, laws, work regulations and organization.

- on the other hand, thanks to Turkish, Polish and Romanian partner's involvement in field survey focusing on representations developed regarding other countries and in taking part to the achievement of guide and training tools which will take into account each culture specific features. The partners will have the opportunity to test the "guide" and training modules about basic skills and knowledge with the targeted clients.
